As an umbrella employee of Candor, you can claim business expenses back through our hassle-free system.
You can only claim your expenses if they are incurred wholly, exclusively and necessarily in the performance of your employment.
Claiming expenses is straightforward - you just fill out one of our expense claim forms and provide the relevant receipts. You can either post them to us or send us a clear photograph from your mobile phone. You can only claim expenses that are wholly and exclusively for the purpose of the business. We have tried to make this list exhaustive, however, if you do have any questions please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team.
Expenses you can claim include:
• Equipment and tools
• Professional subscriptions
• Business Telephone Calls
• Postage and stationery
Expenses are not paid back to you pound for pound they are used as tax relief within your wages – they are offset against the amount of tax you pay. Expenses allow you to have a reduced taxable income enabling you to take home more of your wages. You can only submit and claim your expenses if you are due to be paid wages from your agency. Expenses can’t be submitted on their own.
